Couple of Cats

The bookends "Cats" are not sold separately. Alone, they would get bored.

The cat is traditionally associated to reading, to authors and poets: they purr on your lap while you read, or walk on your desk and annoy you while you write. This animal simply had to be part of the Shohan-design collection of bookends.

The idea for this book end was to use the silhouettes from the magazine rack “Chats”, a very successful item of our collection. Designer Yvon LUNEAU chose to design them as a couple: they are full of life and more decorative together. On both sides of a shelf, they are enough to maintain a whole set of books. In black or white, they can adapt to any home style.

These feline’s objects are made in small series in EEC. This allows Shohan-design to offer you designer items for killer prices: you don’t pay for what remains unsold or for unnecessary transport and you buy European products.
